That is why we take pride in our work every day.
Common Installation Questions
Q: How long does an installation take?
A: It depends on what is being installed. We try to complete residential installations within one day to limit the inconvenience placed upon the homeowner. A better idea of installation time can be provided with your estimate.
Q: Do I need to be home during the installation?
A: Yes. Someone needs to be home during the installation process. If we have any questions or concerns that need to be pointed out, someone will need to be there to help make decisions.
Q: How messy will my installation be?
A: Our technicians are trained to be meticulous with their work. Every work truck is provided with drop cloths, brooms, dust pans and shop vacuums. Any dust and dirt from the actual installation will be cleaned up before we leave.
Q: Can I ask your technicians to remove their shoes?
A: You may certainly ask our technicians to remove their shoes before coming inside your home. We provide protective booties to all of our technicians as another option to removing shoes. We ask that you understand that shoes are required in attics and unfinished basements at all times.
